1. Can I exchange my order for a different size or style?

Certainly! We’re here to help. You can exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached, and items are returned in their original packaging. The exchange request should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. How do I initiate an exchange?

To begin an exchange, use our convenient Reverse Pickup facility. Simply email us your exchange request along with the order number at care@arzalifetsyle.com Alternatively, connect with our personal stylists via the Whatsapp icon on the bottom left of the website within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. What is the time frame for making an exchange?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. However, please ensure that you raise the exchange or credit note query within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any requests received after this window are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

4. Do you offer Refunds?

Refunds are provided in the form of a credit note or Gift Card, which can be used at our online store. Let us know, and we’ll handle the refund process for you.

5. Can I exchange or return sale products?

Sale products can be exchanged only for a different size, subject to availability. Unfortunately, sale products cannot be exchanged for a different style, and we do not offer credit notes for sale products.

6. How do I return the product to you?

For your first-time exchange, we provide a Reverse Pickup Facility. If you prefer a quicker process, you can self-ship the product to our return desk using the provided address. Upon receiving the return, we will dispatch the exchanged product to your address.

7. How many times can an order be exchanged or credited?

An order can be exchanged or credited through a credit note only twice.

8. Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
